Our Care Wardens are first aid trained, and have full DBS checks to ensure only the most professional and trusted people are supplied by Radius. This plays a vital part in helping to build and develop positive relationships with all customers and their clients.

Radius Care Warden Training

Formed in 2017 and spearheaded by our wide range of care sector clients, the Radius Training Academy now delivers more than 40 fully funded courses to Radius employees. These courses have been carefully selected to develop the knowledge and skillset of our people, giving them the tools, they need to operate to the highest possible standard within their assigned role.
