The main function of the Quality Assurance Team is to administer the quality assurance systems to maintain the ISO 9001:2015 and Security Industry Authority Approved Contractor accreditation.
The Team provide objective, qualitative scrutiny of the operation at all levels through our ISO quality management system, reporting honestly and transparently to the Senior Management Team on the performance of all areas of the business.
A key process is the ongoing audit of venue/location deployments, measuring the effectiveness and success of the operations team as they are involved in the ‘live’ delivery of our services.
